Our Story
Ironclad Facility Services LLC was founded in San Diego, California by Michael Khan, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served from 2019 to 2024 as an Infantry Rifleman and Squad Leader. After five years of service including deployments to Guantanamo Bay and Rota, Spain with FAST Company and 3rd Battalion 1st Marines, Michael brought the same discipline, attention to detail, and accountability that defined his military career into the commercial cleaning industry.
Ironclad is not just another janitorial company. It is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business built on the principle that facility maintenance should be executed with precision, consistency, and zero shortcuts. Every contract receives a detailed scope of work, trained crews, and direct access to ownership.
